Refund & cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Cancellations

To cancel, contact support as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but it may be returned under our returns policy.

Refunds on cancellation

Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
