  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If you wish to return the item after delivery, please follow our Return & Refund process.

  • Partial Cancellations: If your order contains multiple items, you can request cancellation for specific products before dispatch.


2. Returns

  • Eligibility: Products can be returned within 15 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

  • If the returned item is defective or damaged, we will prioritize replacement shipment at no extra cost.

  • The replacement item will be delivered within 20 working days.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the product.

  • We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
