1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled anytime before shipment. Contact our Customer Support team immediately with your order details to cancel and receive a full refund.
After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If you wish to return the item after delivery, please follow our Return & Refund process.
Partial Cancellations: If your order contains multiple items, you can request cancellation for specific products before dispatch.
2. Returns
Eligibility: Products can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
How to Return: Contact Customer Support with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. A return authorization will be issued with instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Refunds
Processing Time: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our policy, a partial refund may be issued.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
If the returned item is defective or damaged, we will prioritize replacement shipment at no extra cost.
The replacement item will be delivered within 20 working days.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the product.
